What ages and conditions do you treat?
I work with adults between the ages of 18 and 60. I specialize in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, perinatal mental health concerns, and substance use disorders.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Optum/United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Oxford insurances.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, we offer both convenient telehealth sessions and traditional in-person appointments. Our telehealth services are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure your privacy and security.
What if I have an emergency between sessions?
If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately. Brighter Days Psychiatry is an outpatient practice and is not equipped to handle emergencies.
